Public Hearing for the Draft Special Assessment Roll for Michelson Road

Whereas, pursuant to the City's policy, a Draft Special Assessment roll was created based on the City Engineer's detailed estimate as approved by City Council at their October 7, 2019 Regular Meeting; and
Whereas, the Draft Special Assessment was filed with the City Clerk for public review and City Council confirmation at their November 18, 2019 Special Meeting; and
Whereas, on December 2, 2019, the Rochester Hills City Council held the Public Hearing to consider objections to the draft roll, corrections to the draft roll, or annulment of the draft roll.
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved, the Rochester Hills City Council hereby accepts and confirms the Draft Special Assessment Roll for Michelson Road.
