Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a Watermain Easement granted by County of Oakland, a Michigan Constitutional Corporation, of 1200 N. Telegraph Road, Pontiac, Michigan 48341, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a watermain over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-26-377-002.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
