Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby agrees to meet in Closed Session, as permitted by State Statute MCL 15.268 on Monday, April 22, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. Michigan Time, at the Rochester Hills Municipal Offices, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan. The purpose of the Closed Session is to consult with the City's attorneys regarding trial or settlement strategy in connection with pending litigation, specifically, Brunet v City of Rochester Hills, Oakland County Circuit Court case no. 2018-164764-CZ
