Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby agrees to grant approval for an Electrical Easement to DTE Energy Co., a Michigan Corporation, to construct, operate, maintain, repair, and/or replace electric lines for Innovation Hills for Parcel No. 15-29-101-020.
