Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves, and authorizes the Mayor to sign, the License Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills and Hamlin Conservation Park, LLC, to allow temporary access along the westerly 14 feet of Innovation Hills Park for purposes of the environmental remediation work being done on HCP's property, known as the Legacy of Rochester Hills Brownfield Redevelopment Project Site.
