Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby accepts the amended agreement for the maintenance of the storm water detention system relative to the details of the development and use, repair and maintenance of the storm water detention system from Rochester Community Schools, of 501 W. University, Rochester, MI 48307, for North Hill Elementary, Parcel No. #15-11-101-018.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
