Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Storm Sewer Easement granted by the City of Rochester Hills, a Michigan municipal corporation, of 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester hIlls, Michigan 48309 to LRH Development, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company of 25101 Chagrin Blvd. #300, Beachwood, Ohio 44122, for the construction, operation, maintenance repair and/or replacement of a 36" storm sewer and overflow ditch under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel #15-29-101-020 and #15-29-101-021.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the Easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
