Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby agrees to meet in Closed Session, as permitted by State Statute MCL 15.268 on Monday, February 25, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. Michigan Time, at the Rochester Hills Municipal Offices, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan.  The purpose of the Closed Session is to consult with its attorneys regarding trial or settlement strategy in connection with specific pending litigation (International Outdoor, Inc. v City of Rochester Hills, USDC Case No. 17 CV 13970) and to update City Council on the tentative agreement reached with IAFF Local 3472, the progress of mediation hearing with MAFF Local 50 and the status of contract discussions with AFSCME Local 1917.
