Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester HIlls, hereby agrees to terminate and release the sanitary sewer easement granted by Rochester Community Schools for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a sanitary sewer over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-11-101-108.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
