Resolved, that an Ordinance to amend Section 58-58, Amendments of Chapter 58, Fire Prevention and Protection, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Rochester Hills, Oakland County, Michigan, to modify and reduce the days and times when the ignition, discharge, and use of consumer fireworks is lawful, and to repeal conflicting ordinances is hereby Accepted for Second Reading and Adoption, and shall become effective on Monday, March 4, 2019 following its publication in the Oakland Press on March 3, 2019.
