Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the storm water system maintenance agreement, relative to the details of the development and use, repair and maintenance of the storm water system from Hayden Unlimited, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 3460 Woodcrest, Rochester Hills, MI 48309, for Hayden Storage Building, Parcel No. 15-30-452-013.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
