Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a watermain easement granted by L & R Homes, Inc., a Michigan corporation, whose address is 2490 Walton Boulevard, Suite 103, Rochester Hills, MI 48309, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a watermain over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel Nos. 15-34-101-073, 074 and 075.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
