Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the amended storm water system maintenance agreement, relative to the details of the development and use, repair and maintenance of the storm water system from L & R Homes, Inc., a Michigan corporation, whose address is 2490 Walton Boulevard, Suite 103, Rochester Hills, MI 48309, for Pine Woods Condominiums, Parcel Nos. 15-34-101-073, 074 and 075.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
