Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a third amended watermain easement granted by Molex, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, whose address is 3499 W. Hamlin Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a watermain over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-30-227-004.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
