Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby accepts the permanent highway easement for parcel numbers 15-36-204-001 thru 008 and approve payment of $865.00 to Brooklands Development, LLC, for the Auburn Road reconstruction project from Culbertson to Hessel for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of pavement over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-36-204-001 thru 008 and authorizes the payment to the landowners in the amount of $865.00.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the Highway Easement for the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
