Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby accepts the Temporary Grading Permit and Driveway Grading License granted by Sonaar Driving School, Inc., owner of 1550 E. Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48307 for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of the proposed project paving work over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-36-201-049, and accepts property donation.
