Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby accepts the Temporary Grading Permit and Driveway Grading License granted by Arthur P. Belbot Declaration of Trust, dated October 16, 2000, owners of 1663 E. Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48307 for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of the proposed project paving work over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-25-457-025 and accepts property donation.
