Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby accepts the temporary grading permit and driveway grading license for 1536 E. Auburn Road and approves payment of $460.00 to Brain Freeze II, LLC, for the Auburn Road reconstruction project from Culbertson to Hessel for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a pedestrian pathway over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-36-201-047, 048 and 008 and authorizes the payment to the landowners in the amount of $460.00.
