Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby accepts the pedestrian pathway easement, temporary grading permit and driveway grading license for 1650 E. Auburn Road and approves payment of $1,517.50 to David A. Duda and Mark J. Bunk for the Auburn Road reconstruction project from Culbertson to Hessel for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a pedestrian pathway over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-36-203-061, 004, 007, 008 and authorizes the payment to the landowners in the amount of $1,517.50.
