Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby accepts the temporary grading permit and driveway grading license for 1672 E. Auburn Road and approves payment of $354.00 to Old Towne Development, LLC for the Auburn Road reconstruction project from Culbertson to Hessel construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a pedestrian pathway over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-36-203-068 and authorizes the payment to the landowners in the amount of $354.00.
