Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby accepts the temporary grading permit for parcel number 15-36-203-008 and approves payment of $103.00 to Old Towne Development, LLC, for the Auburn Road reconstruction project from Culbertson to Hessel for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a pedestrian pathway over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-36-203-008 and authorizes the payment to the landowners in the amount of $103.00.
