Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby accepts the temporary grading permit and driveway grading license for 1923 E. Auburn Road and approves payment of $1545.00 to Syed Ahmed and Saba Naaz for the Auburn Road reconstruction project from Culbertson to Hessel for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a pedestrian pathway over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-25-482-025 and authorizes the payment to the landowners in the amount of $1,545.00.
