Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby accepts the temporary highway easement for 1711 E. Auburn Road and approves payment of $765.50 to Rochester Hills Investments, LLC, for the Auburn Road reconstruction project from Culbertson to Hessel for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of pavement over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-25-458-031 and authorizes the payment to the landowners in the amount of $765.50.
