Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby accepts the temporary grading permit and driveway grading license for 1681 E. Auburn Road and approves payment of $837.00 to Auburn Office Plaza, LLC for the Auburn Road reconstruction project from Culbertson to Hessel for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of pavement on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-25-457-034 and authorizes the payment to the landowners in the amount of $837.00.
