Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby accepts the temporary grading permit and driveway grading license for 1603 E. Auburn Road and approve payment of $475.00 to Attar Leasing, LLC for the Auburn Road reconstruction project from Culbertson to Hessel for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of pavement over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-25-456-040 and authorizes the payment to the landowners in the amount of $475.00.
