Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts the Agreement for Maintenance of Private Road, for ingress and egress for public and emergency vehicles and for the performance of public and emergency services over the internal, undedicated roads and/or driveways being used in common for vehicular travel, granted by The Townhomes on Maple Hill, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 1066 Commerce Street, Birmingham, MI 48009, for the Townhomes at Maplehill, Parcel No. 15-03-326-019.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
