Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills hereby accepts an Easement for Ingress and Egress for public and emergency vehicles and for the performance of public and emergency services over the internal, undedicated roads and/or driveways being used in common for vehicular travel, granted by The Townhomes on Maplehill, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, of 1066 Commerce Street, Birmingham, MI 48009, over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as The Townhomes at Maplehill, for Parcel No. 15-03-326-019.
