Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts the watermain easement from The Townhomes on Maple Hill, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 1066 Commerce Street, Birmingham, MI 48009, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a watermain over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-03-326-019, for The Townhomes at Maplehill.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
