Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes the agreement between the Road Commission for Oakland County, Waterford, Michigan and the City of Rochester Hills for the installation, operations, maintenance and inspection of the existing traffic signal at the intersection of Auburn Road and John R Road and further authorizes the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
