Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes the agreement between the Road Commission for Oakland County, Waterford, Michigan and the City of Rochester Hills for the installation, operations, maintenance and inspection of the two (2) school zone speed limit sign and flasher signal assembly at the Reuther Middle School located on Auburn Road Eastbound 100 Feet East of Frankson Avenue and Auburn Road Westbound 130 Feet East of Culbertson Avenue, and further authorizes the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
