Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a Blanket Purchase Order/Contract for underground utility repairs and related services to Superior Excavating, Auburn Hills, Michigan as the primary vendor and Aielli Construction Company, Inc., Shelby Township, Michigan as the secondary vendor in the amount not-to-exceed $750,000.00 through July 31, 2021 and further authorizes the Mayor to execute the contracts on behalf of the City.
Further Resolved, that the City’s acceptance of the proposal and approval of the award of a contract shall be contingent and conditioned upon the parties’ entry into and execution of a written agreement acceptable to the City.
