Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Amendment to the Agreement for Maintenance of the Storm Water Detention System between the City of Rochester Hills and Rochester Community Schools whose address is 501 W. University Drive, Rochester, Michigan 48307, for Parcel No. 15-23-400-012.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
