Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts the sanitary sewer and watermain easement granted by Rochester Community Schools, a Public School District within the State of Michigan, whose address is 501 West University, Rochester, Michigan 48307, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a sanitary sewer and watermain over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-23-400-012.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
