Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Agreement for the Storm Water Detention and Discharge Restriction System for the Oakridge Dental Office, from SSO LIMITED, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 1959 S. Livernois Rd., Rochester Hills, MI 48307, for Parcel No. 15-22-351-002.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
