Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts the sanitary sewer easement from SSO LIMITED, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 1959 S. Livernois Rd., Rochester Hills, MI 48307, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a sanitary sewer over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as for Parcel No. 15-22-351-002, for The Oakridge Dental Office.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
