Spencer Park, to repeal conflicting or inconsistent Ordinances, and to prescribe a penalty for violations is hereby accepted for Second Reading and Adoption, and shall become effective on Monday, April 16, 2018, following its publication in the Oakland Press on Sunday, April 15, 2018.
