Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a paved 20’ turnaround easement granted from VASP, Inc., a Michigan Corporation, whose address is 14995 Technology Dr., Shelby Township, Michigan 48315, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a paved 20’ turnaround for fire and emergency access on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-31-400-020.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
