Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the storm sewer system maintenance agreement, relative to the details of the development and use, repair and maintenance of the low pressure sewer system from VASP, Inc., a Michigan corporation, whose address is 14955 Technology Dr., Shelby Township, MI 48315, for Parcel No. 15-31-400-020 for the Villas of Shadow Pines.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
