Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts an off-site watermain easement granted from Paul Gorang, an individual, and Margaret Gorang, his wife, whose address is 550 West Hamlin Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a watermain over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-22-376-040.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
