Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a conservation easement granted by Manchester Hamlin, LLC, a Michigan Limited Liability Company, whose address is 45111 Market Street, Shelby Township, Michigan 48315, for maintaining the conservation easement premises in its natural and undeveloped condition over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-22-376-039.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
