Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a Pedestrian-Bicycle Pathway Easement granted by AGE of Rochester Hills, a Michigan Corporation, of 1245 E. Grand Blanc Road, Grand Blanc, Michigan 48439, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a pedestrian-bicycle pathway easement over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-34-352-035.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
