Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a Blanket Purchase Order for the demolition of the structures located at 1380 Ruby Avenue to Blue Star, Inc., Warren, Michigan in the amount of $26,700.00 with a 10% project contingency in the amount of $2,670.00 for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $29,370.00 and further authorizes the Mayor to execute a contract on behalf of the City.
Further Resolved, that the City’s acceptance of the proposal and approval of the award of a contract shall be contingent and conditioned upon the parties’ entry into and execution of a written agreement acceptable to the City.
