Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts the watermain easement from SSRP Properties, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 2665 W. Hickory Grove Rd., Bloomfield, MI 48302, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of Watermain, over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as for Parcel No. 15-35-226-001, for the Goddard School.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
