Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts the watermain easement from RHI Investments, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 33477 Woodward Ave., Ste. 800, Birmingham, MI 48009, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of Watermain, over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as for Parcel No. 15-27-226-012, for 2020 Rochester S Gas Station Renovation.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
