Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a watermain easement granted by Rochester Community Schools, a Michigan General Powers School District, whose address is 501 W. University Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48307, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a watermain over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel Nos. 15-22-451-031 & 15-22-451-020.
