Whereas, throughout 2016 the Parks and Forestry Department actively engaged employees, decision leaders, internal and external partners and other departments to create the Parks and Forestry Strategic Plan; and
Whereas, the Plan will be updated every three years, and the focus areas in the plan will tie directly to our leader team goals and objectives.
Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby receives the Parks and Forestry Strategic Plan and its recommendations and approves the proposed Mission and Vision of the Parks and Forestry Department.
