Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a Blanket Purchase Order to IDS.com, Madison Heights, Michigan for printing and mailing of Treasurer property tax billings and various Assessor reports and forms in the amount not-to-exceed $139,500.00 through July 31, 2020.

Further Resolved, that the City’s acceptance of the proposal and approval of the award of a contract shall be contingent and conditioned upon the parties’ entry into and execution of a written agreement acceptable to the City.
