Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a watermain easement granted by Blossom Ridge, LLC, whose address is 3005 University Drive, Auburn Hills, MI 48326, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a watermain over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel Nos. 10-31-400-003, 004, 013 & 014.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
