Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, hereby accepts the agreement for the storm water system maintenance, relative to the details of the development and use, repair and maintenance of the storm water maintenance system from Ray Estate RCI, LLC, a Michigan Limited Liability Company, whose address is 2350 Austin Ave., Rochester Hills, MI 48309, for ARaymond Headquarters, land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-29-401-008.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
