Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a Pedestrian Pathway Easement granted by GAHD, L.L.C., a Michigan Limited Liability Company, whose address is 950 W. Avon Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a pedestrian pathway over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-02-300-013.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
